Mazzer Kony – Commercial
The Mazzer Kony is one of the larger commercial grinders produced by Mazzer and provides the performance and consistency of the flagship Robur, but is slightly smaller as well as being more cost effective. The Mazzer Kony is perfect for those cafes with slightly smaller weekly volumes that still demand quality consistent grinds. The Kony comes equipped with 63mm grinding burrs and also has the option of on demand grinding if required. The burrs are designed to grind at a slower rate meaning the coffee bean isnt exposed to as much heat, which produces a better tasting coffee in the cup.
